Transocean

Design lead for the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill Report of 2010. Constructed two massive technical reports detailing Transocean’s perspective of what went wrong at the Macondo rig. This project required weekly travel to Transocean’s offices in Houston, TX, where we worked directly with engineers and Transocean's legal department to create an accurate and engaging report. The organization of the technical illustrations, graphs, and constantly-changing language created many challenges. The final report was distributed amongst government oversight personnel in print form and with the public online. It was later used as evidence in the lawsuit between Transocean, BP and the United States of America.
